Job summary

Emprime Solutions seeks a reliable Concierge to support residents and guests during evening and overnight hours. You will be the first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service and keeping front desk operations orderly and welcoming.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, managing access, assisting with packages, logging shift reports, and coordinating with management or maintenance while following security procedures and emergency protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or concierge experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work overnight and evening shifts.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Basic computer and phone system skills.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a professional manner
• Manage front desk operations during assigned shifts
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Monitor building access and follow security procedures
• Assist with package handling, logging, and notifications
• Respond to resident requests and coordinate with management or maintenance when needed
• Maintain accurate logs and shift reports
• Follow emergency procedures when necessary
