Qualifications

• Prior concierge, front desk, hospitality, or security experience preferred.
• Strong judgment and ability to remain alert and engaged overnight.

• Comfortable handling extended quiet periods without loss of focus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn property systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure and attentive lobby presence throughout the shift.
• Monitor building access, verify guests, and enforce entry protocols.
• Conduct routine property checks in accordance with site procedures.
• Answer and route phone calls, assist residents with overnight requests.
• Manage packages, deliveries, and key control as applicable.
• Document incidents, unusual activity, and complete shift reports.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and presentable.
• Escalate emergencies or issues to management or appropriate authorities.
