Job summary

Stratton Amenities is seeking an Overnight Concierge / Front Desk Agent to represent a luxury residential high-rise during overnight hours. The role requires a professional, hospitality-focused mindset and the ability to deliver warm, polished guest experiences while supporting overnight security and operations.

You will monitor activity, respond to resident concerns, conduct walkthroughs, and document incidents as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, concierge services, front desk operations, hotels or luxury residential communities.
• Minimum 1–2 years delivering guest or resident service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm, professional demeanor during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests with professionalism and discretion during overnight hours.
• Serve as primary overnight front desk representative and contact for the community.
• Deliver anticipatory, hospitality-driven service while managing overnight operations.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs of common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance.
• Monitor lobby activity and building access to support a secure environment.
• Document incidents and shift logs accurately and promptly.
