Avion Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to manage front desk operations during the overnight shift (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.). Responsibilities include registering guests, processing reservations, preparing daily reports, balancing transactions, and conducting security walks.

The role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Must work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Windows OS, spreadsheets and word processing.
• Able to convey information clearly.
• Comfortable with problem solving and guest issue resolution.
• Able to operate under pressure during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per Avion Hospitality standards.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures as per company policies.
• Prepare and balance nightly reports and audits.
• Handle front desk transactions and reservations.
• Complete End of Day processes and daily revenue summaries.
• Maintain front office systems and cashiering duties.
• Train new Night Auditors as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff during the overnight shift.
