Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Night Auditor to perform night audit functions within our hotel operations. You will check guests in and out, handle payments, and ensure accurate daily revenue reconciliation in the Property Management System.

The role requires strong math skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks during overnight shifts. Prior audit experience is a plus, with opportunities for internal promotion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent math and reasoning skills are essential.
• Ability to organize work and use independent judgment.
• Honesty and dependable with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out promptly using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates.
• Process guest payments in accordance with policies; balance cash and postings.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and promote hotel services and outlets.
• Resolve minor guest complaints and inform supervisor of major issues.
• Reconcile revenues and perform night audit functions in the PMS system.
