Job summary

Explor Crater Lake, LLC is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Auditor to manage nightly front desk operations and perform overnight duties. The role includes auditing shift closings, handling cash transactions, and producing daily revenue reports.

The ideal candidate will work independently overnight, maintain professional communication, and support front desk functions including reservations and check-ins/check-outs while adhering to safety and ISO policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Front desk/room registration experience preferred; night audit experience favored.

Responsibilities

• Audit the shift closing of all front office staff and complete an audit summary.
• Produce accurate and timely reports and handle all cash transactions.
• Maintain and post a daily balance of house accounts and related reports for accounting.
• Balance and audit room revenue, F&B revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts; transmit batches.
• Transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents.
• Act as Manager on Duty during overnight hours.
• Assist in room reservations, guest check-in/out, phone coverage, and guest messaging.
• Understand ISO environmental and quality policies and meet responsibilities.
• Other duties per duties checklist as assigned.
