Job summary

The Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle Downtown is seeking a Night Auditor to support overnight front desk operations and financial reconciliation. You will balance daily transactions, run reports, and ensure security and accuracy while delivering friendly guest service during the night shift.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer and POS skills, and the ability to work from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. 18+ and dependable, with benefits including parking and access to Hilton rates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple math.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Balance the day’s work and perform end-of-day procedures nightly.
• Run daily reports for audits and complete the Night Audit checklist.
• Maintain Front Office computer system operation and cashiering duties.
• Handle guest requests during overnight hours from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper record-keeping.
