Job summary

The Hampton Inn & Suites Puyallup is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team for the overnight shift. This role focuses on accurate end-of-day processing, nightly reporting, and maintaining guest service standards.

Responsibilities include balancing daily cash, running audit reports, and ensuring Front Office procedures are followed during the night. We offer a benefits package after 60 days, along with Hilton employee rates and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; hotel or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math functions and basic computer/POS operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Balance the day’s work and complete the End of Day process.
• Run reports as required for audits and complete the Night Audit checklist.
• Maintain Front Office cash handling and computer system operation.
• Handle guest requests overnight from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and follow safety procedures.
