Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to join the Front Desk team for overnight operations. The role involves handling check-ins/check-outs, answering calls, and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include nightly accounting, posting transactions in the PMS/POS, auditing reports, and maintaining security of financial data. Overnight schedule is 11pm–7am with a focus on accuracy and guest service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of hotel front desk or night audit experience.
• Able to work the overnight shift 11pm–7am.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours.
• Answer guest calls and maintain guest service standards.
• Process currency exchange and postings in the PMS/POS.
• Audit room revenue and maintain financial records.
