Job summary

The Sanderling Resort is seeking a part-time Night Auditor to cover overnight shifts from 10 PM to 7 AM. The role includes closing audits, balancing revenue, and acting as the primary guest contact during late hours at the front desk.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of related experience, familiarity with property management software, and strong organizational and customer service skills in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Previous Night Audit experience preferred.
• Experience with property management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities; multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform close-of-day audits and nightly reports.
• Audit and balance cash, revenue, and house accounts.
• Reconcile cashier’s reports with restaurant system; resolve tickets.
• Prepare and transmit daily management and accounting reports.
• Assist front desk duties as needed (check-in/out, calls, wake-up).
