Job summary

Residence Inn seeks a part-time Night Auditor for Fri/Sat/Sun overnight shifts. You greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and reconcile the prior day’s revenues while delivering friendly, independent service.

Responsibilities include handling cash, booking reservations, assisting with inquiries about hotel facilities, and promoting the loyalty program. Strong multitasking and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services.
• Proficient in English; other languages helpful.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and hotel systems.
• Cash handling procedures and use of computerized cash registers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register/check-in, ensuring accuracy of data.
• Book reservations and verify guest information and payments.
• Answer calls, route messages, and assist with check-out.
• Promote loyalty program and recognize members.
• Maintain records: cash flows, registration cards, reservations.
• Handle market and retail transactions and guest inquiries about local attractions.
• Keep confidentiality of guest records and manage cash drawer.
