Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Part-time Front Desk Night Clerk in Avon, AL for the overnight shift. You will manage check-ins/check-outs, handle calls, and support housekeeping as a runner during the midnight hours.

You will also perform nightly accounting tasks, balance cash, and ensure accuracy of postings and reports, while upholding guest service standards. Previous hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year prior hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to work the overnight shift 11pm–7am.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-ins and check-outs for guests.
• Answer in-coming calls and assist guests.
• Maintain nightly accounting records and reconcile totals.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare end-of-day reports.
• Audit room rates, logs, and postings for accuracy.
