Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn- Albany Medical Center is seeking a Night Auditor to perform night audit functions and support hotel operations. The role requires handling guest check-ins/outs, processing payments, and providing guest services during overnight hours.

Audit experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should be organized, honest, and able to manage duties with independent judgment while standing and walking during shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Audit experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent math and reasoning skills.
• Ability to organize work and use independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Register guests into the hotel promptly and courteously using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates.
• Check guests in/out, process payments, and coordinate with reservations and events for VIPs.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and promote hotel services and outlets.
• Resolve minor guest complaints and inform supervisor of major problems.
