Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and coworkers.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest needs during the audit shift and balance revenue transactions.
• Handle all check-ins and check-outs per hotel requirements.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments.
