Job summary

You will process check-ins and check-outs, adhere to payment and cash handling policies, and generate daily reports for designated departments, while delivering a welcoming hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management, and colleagues.
• Computer literacy is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions for guests.

Responsibilities

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs according to hotel requirements.
• Follow payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
