Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites State College at Williamsburg Square in State College, PA, on-site, is seeking a Night Auditor to support front desk operations during overnight shifts. You will balance daily revenues, process check-ins and check-outs, handle cash and payments, and generate daily reports for designated departments.

Minimum high school diploma, 1 year of customer service experience (hotel experience preferred), and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Balance revenue and expense transactions for the day during the audit shift.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries at the front desk.
• Process all check-ins and check-outs according to hotel requirements and balance daily reports.
