State College Hampton Inn is seeking a Night Auditor to balance daily revenue, handle check-ins/outs, and support front desk operations during the overnight shift. The role requires reliability, strong guest service, and attention to policy adherence.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• The Night Auditor balances the revenue and expense transactions that occurred during the day and performs front desk duties during the audit shift.
• Attend to guests, balance transactions, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
