Residence Inn Carlisle is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight audit processes, ensure accuracy of financial records, and maintain security protocols across the front desk and public areas. You will greet guests, handle late arrivals, process daily reports, receive mail, and collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness, hospitality, and guest safety.

This role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work varied night shifts in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing service preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Effective listening and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Audit management: complete and send reports by the overnight checklist deadline.
• Security: enforce overnight security measures and handle late arrivals.
• Incoming mail: receive and note all incoming mail per shift checklist.
