Promenade Inn and Suites is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team in Seaside, Oregon. The role focuses on overnight front desk duties from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, two nights per week (16 hours).

You will be the first point of contact, delivering professional guest service and handling check-ins, inquiries, and payments. Ideal candidates have hospitality experience or strong customer-service skills, proficiency with phone systems, and the ability to interact with guests positively.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Proficient with phone systems and basic office equipment.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus; professional demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check guests in and out efficiently with accurate information.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Assist guests with inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain front desk area.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure guest satisfaction and a pleasant stay.
• Reconcile transactions and perform daily reports as needed.
