Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Audit team member for our Oregon properties. The role encompasses overnight guest services, balancing daily charges, and ensuring smooth operations across the front desk and related systems.

Responsibilities include cash handling, nightly reporting, reservations processing, and assisting guests by phone, app, or in person. A strong command of English and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit is preferred.
• Ability to operate 9:00pm–7:00am night shift.
• Cash handling and guest service transaction experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Proficient with front office software and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily charges and payments and generate reports.
• Handle front desk operations overnight and know property details.
• Use property management software for reservations and deposits.
• Prepare daily shift reports and communicate with the next shift.
• Answer phones, assist guests in person and via app or SMS.
• Track room revenues, occupancy, housekeeping status and discrepancies.
• Help ensure guest safety and security during night hours.
