Job summary

EVEN Hotel Portland - Beaverton is seeking a Night Audit/Guest Service Agent for the overnight shift. You will greet and register guests, balance accounts, and post room charges, tax and local calls to folios while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires hotel front desk experience, comfort with evenings/nights, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Opera knowledge is a plus; potential for full-time or part-time status.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Must have hotel front desk experience and strong guest service orientation.
• Ability to multi-task, stay detail-oriented, and problem-solve with internal/external guests.
• Must convey information clearly and work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, handle reservations, and operate the front desk.
• Balance department incomes; post room charges, tax, and local calls to folios.
• Provide attentive, courteous service and assist guests throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with brand standards.
• Support coordination with other hotel departments as needed.
