Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. You will register guests, handle reservations, and balance transactions while preparing daily reports.

The role requires at least 1 year in a hotel setting, a high school diploma, and strong problem-solving and numerical skills. You will work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College course work in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Must be able to problem solve and troubleshoot to resolve guest issues and emergencies.
• Must be able to use Windows OS and company-approved spreadsheets/word processing.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per Avion Hospitality standards and hotel scheduling.
• Balance day’s work and run necessary audits/reports.
• Complete the Night Audit checklist and daily revenue summaries.
• Perform Front Office functions during 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. shift.
• Keep security walks and asset protection procedures in place.
• Assist guests with requests during the overnight shift.
• Maintain proper record keeping and communications with management.
