Job summary

Hotel Equities seeks a Night Auditor for the Home2 Suites Chenal Parkway in Little Rock, AR. The Overnight Shift (11 PM–7 AM) handles front desk check-ins, guest inquiries, and safety procedures, delivering warm, professional service to guests.

Responsibilities include processing payments, upselling rooms, recording guest preferences, handling reservations and cancellations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with front desk systems or reservations is preferred.
• Ability to perform after-hours work and handle cash responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys and provide information on hotel services.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using established procedures.
• Upsell rooms when possible to maximise hotel revenue.
• Answer phones promptly and address guest requests or concerns.
• Record guest preferences and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Assist with bookings, cancellations and information updates.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents to on-duty management.
