Generation Hospitality Group seeks a Night Audit professional for overnight front desk operations in Billings, MT. The role ensures accurate nightly financials, card and cash transactions, and detailed reporting for management.

The position is full-time and hourly, requiring strong attention to detail, independent work during night hours, and excellent guest service skills. Experience with PMS and POS systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and comfort with numbers.
• Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS) and POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data and reports.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Availability to work overnights including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of front desk transactions and postings.
• Balance daily revenue across outlets and close the day in the PMS.
• Generate and review daily revenue/occupancy reports for management.
• Handle night check-ins/outs and guest requests with professionalism.
• Ensure security procedures and cash-handling guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance for overnight issues.
• Conduct end-of-shift handover and documentation.
• Support other departments during night hours as needed.
