Job summary

Montana Hotel Group LLC in Bozeman is seeking a Night Auditor to provide guest service during overnight hours and perform nightly audit and reporting tasks. This role ensures smooth overnight operations and guest safety, while maintaining service standards across front desk and lobby.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, basic accounting or audit exposure, and is comfortable working independently overnight. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred; night audit or hotel front desk experience a plus.
• Basic accounting, cash handling, or audit experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during overnight check-in and check-out.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally during overnight hours.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, credit card processing, and audit procedures.
• Maintain brand, product, and service standards at the front desk and lobby.
• Monitor the property overnight to support guest safety and security.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for early morning needs or urgent issues.
• Answer phones, manage emails, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
