Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel management company, seeks a Night Auditor for the DoubleTree by Hilton Billings, MT. The role covers overnight desk duties, guest check-in/out, and front desk support with a focus on service excellence.

The position requires a high school diploma and experience with major hotel brands. Night shifts run 11 PM–9 AM, with opportunities to upsell and assist guests across departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and guest service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue.
• Record guest preferences in the system.
• Process check-out and resolve late or disputed charges.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions per procedures.
• Assist with guest reservations, cancellations, and updates as needed.
• Work with other departments to ensure quality and service.
• Follow safety protocols and report issues to management.
