Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Billings, MT is seeking a Night Auditor for the overnight shift from 11 PM to 9 AM. The Front Desk Night Auditor is often the first contact and sets the guest impression for the stay.

Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, upselling rooms, handling calls, processing payments, and collaborating with departments to ensure service quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Ability to perform front desk duties and guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services.
• Upsell rooms to maximize revenue.
• Answer phones promptly and record guest requests or concerns.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with management on guest issues and service recovery.
