The Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra Beach is seeking an Overnight Guest Service Agent to support the front office operations and perform nightly audit duties during the overnight hours. The position requires delivering exceptional guest experiences while balancing daily financial transactions.

Work is scheduled 11:00 PM–7:00 AM on weekends and holidays. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless service.

Qualifikationen

• Previous front desk, hospitality, or accounting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and confidently manage overnight responsibilities.
• Comfortable using computer systems, processing payments, and completing financial reconciliations.

Aufgaben

• Serve as an overnight ambassador of The Lodge & Club, providing a welcoming and attentive experience for all guests.
• Manage overnight front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests.
• Perform nightly audit procedures, balancing and reconciling daily financial transactions.
• Process guest payments in accordance with established resort procedures.
• Maintain accurate system records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist guests with reservations, dining arrangements, transportation, and local recommendations.
• Coordinate with resort departments to ensure timely and seamless service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain awareness of safety and security concerns and follow established procedures during overnight operations.
