Job summary

Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight hotel operations and revenue posting. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, and kiosk duties while maintaining guest relations in a friendly, independent role.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, reserving and registering, handling calls, promoting loyalty benefits, and managing cash and records. A High School diploma and strong English skills are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures, guest services and hotel services.
• Proficient English; other languages in a multicultural environment can be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them in a unique, personable way upon arrival.
• Book guest hotel reservations and register guests, verifying details and payment.
• Answer calls and route messages with accuracy; assist guests as needed.
• Promote the brand loyalty program and recognize members.
• Maintain cash drawer contents and post transactions during shift.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with mail and local information.
