Bridgeton Holdings Group is seeking a full-time overnight front desk accountant at the Sheraton Miami in Miami, FL. The role focuses on balancing and reporting daily hotel financial activity, handling guest charges, and maintaining security of guest information.

Responsibilities include supervising front office operations during the night shift, posting charges and taxes, and generating management reports. A high school diploma and hotel experience are preferred; proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to handle cash and perform basic math calculations accurately.
• Accounting background preferred.
• Previous hotel experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Hotel-related software a plus.
• Able to work overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Audit, balance, and report on hotel areas to provide accurate financial information.
• Oversee front office operations during the overnight shift.
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures.
• Prepare summaries of cash, checks, and credit card activities for daily performance.
• Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
• Maintain guest information security and privacy.
• Learn and implement safety and emergency procedures.
• Operate front desk hardware and software; communicate professionally.
