Job summary

The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking an on-site Overnight Receptionist/Aide for Regina Cleri Community in Shrewsbury, MO.

The role provides a safe and welcoming space for retired priests, handles front-desk tasks, supports health-related needs, and assists with light housekeeping during night hours. Part-time, 16 hours per week, with Friday night into Saturday morning and Saturday night into Sunday morning shifts (11 pm–7 am).

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and log/direct visitors.
• Assist priests with minor administrative tasks and health-related needs.
• Handle emergencies by contacting leadership and authorities.
• Light housekeeping in common areas and facility upkeep.
• Perform other duties as hours permit.
