Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, part of Accor, is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in, and ensure exceptional service. You will engage with guests throughout shifts, upholding standards and contributing to the luxury experience that defines our brand.

You must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and maintain a professional appearance. Benefits include employee discounts, on-site meals, and development programs within Accor's Academies.

Formación

• Proficient in English (verbal & written).
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Stay calm and courteous while addressing guest needs.
• Customer service experience is an asset.
• PMS experience is an asset.
• Computer literacy with Windows applications is an asset.
• Typing 25 words per minute or faster.
• Maintain a professional presentation.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with colleagues.
• Hospitality Diploma is an asset.
• Flexible in working hours.
• Ability to handle cash accurately.
• Adhere to grooming guidelines.

Job Description

First impressions are everything! Your engaging smile and personality are the essence of a great Overnight Front Desk Agent at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. As you personally greet our Guests and assist them throughout the day, you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of "Turning moments into memories" for our guests.

Reporting to the Overnight Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed
• Respond to guest text messaging platform
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Proficient in the English language (verbal & written), second language is an asset
• Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Previous customer related experience an asset
• Previous PMS experience an asset
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications an asset
• Must be able to type 25 words per minute
• Must possess a professional presentation
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Hospitality Diploma is an asset
• Must be flexible in terms of working hours
• Must have the ability to handle cash effectively and accurately
• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines
