Fairmont Scottsdale Princess seeks a guest-focused concierge to deliver world-class service, leveraging local knowledge of the Greater Phoenix area to create memorable stays. The role emphasizes personalized recommendations, professional service and strong computer skills in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
• Previous customer-related experience required.
• Outstanding guest service skills with verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; Opera Cloud experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of POS systems and hotel software is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist in booking golf arrangements, dining reservations and other activities during/prior to the guest's arrival.
• Able to multi-task and work in a high traffic area.
• Extensive knowledge of the Valley, golf courses, restaurants and attractions.
• Strong computer skills are required. Microsoft Office programs are a plus.
• Assist with administrative duties.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
• Knowledge of POS systems and hotel software, such as Opera Cloud, is an asset.
