Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Arizona is seeking team members for our Food & Beverage outlets. You will provide friendly, professional service, assist bartenders and servers, and help guests with menu items while maintaining outlet standards and safety guidelines.

Reporting to the Plaza BarGeneral Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist Food & Beverage bartenders and servers in all aspects of the dining experience
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
• Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Stock and maintain daily operating supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of all guest areas
• Other duties as assigned
