Job summary

Accor's Fairmont Scottsdale Princess invites an enthusiastic In Room Dining - Overnight Server to join our casual/on-call team. This part-time role delivers warm, attentive service in guests' rooms, ensuring timely delivery and knowledgeable menu guidance in a luxury setting.

You will work with a Heartists team, with benefits including employee discounts, free meals, and access to learning programs. Prior F&B experience preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential to excel here.

• Previous Food & Beverage service experience required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of all beverage lists
• Deliver food and beverage in a timely and accurate manner
• Pick up orders efficiently from the kitchen
• Check outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set up
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned
