Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support guest services during night hours. You will reconcile transactions, balance daily reports, and audit records while maintaining a high level of hospitality and efficiency.

The role requires ability to work independently overnight, familiarity with hotel PMS and accounting systems, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Front desk or accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and handle late-night check-ins and early check-outs.
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
• Process guest payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate billing records.
• Reconcile daily financial transactions, including room charges, cash, credit card payments, and other revenues.
• Prepare and balance daily financial reports.
• Audit front desk records to ensure accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
• Monitor hotel security by conducting routine property checks and responding to emergencies.
• Communicate important information to the morning shift and management.
