Job summary

Jetson Specialty Marketing in Hamburg, PA is seeking a Print Press Supervisor for the 3rd shift (12:00am–8:00am). You will lead the press and laser departments, supervise staff, and drive production quality and efficiency on your shift.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, safety, and cross‑functional communication to meet cost, quality and schedule targets in a fast-paced printing environment.

Qualifications

• Seasoned knowledge of commercial printing operations.
• Ability to build a high performing team.
• Exceptional communication and relationship skills.
• Experience in training, quality control, lean manufacturing or safety a plus.
• Two or more years of experience in a Press Operator role.
• One+ years in print or mail industry preferred.
• Advanced education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and hire employees for Press and Laser departments.
• Maintain safety, productivity and quality in the pressroom.
• Provide coaching and resolve employee issues through problem resolution.
• Report progress to management and ensure performance standards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and proper inventory of equipment.
• Communicate across shifts and departments to align objectives.
• Track training, absenteeism and timekeeping; enforce policies.
