Clear Destination Inc. seeks a Sr. Press Technician to lead the setup and operation of flexographic printing presses on 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:00 AM).

The ideal candidate offers 3+ years on flexographic presses, strong technical skills in setup, operation, and maintenance, and leadership experience in a SQF-qualified facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating flexographic printing presses.
• Strong technical proficiency in press set-up, operation, and maintenance.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably SQF qualified.
• Experience with substrates, inks, and printing techniques.
• Commitment to consistent attendance and willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety guidelines and report safety concerns.
• Check press specs (ink, cores, film, plate cylinders, anilox).
• Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic presses for quality prints.
• Maintain consistent print quality from start to finish.
• Identify defects and adjust to meet specifications.
• Verify ink parameters (viscosity, PMS matching).
• Dispose waste Materials properly.
• Coordinate with departments to meet production schedules.
• Train press operator assistants on safety and best practices.
• May work weekends/holidays and rotate 12-hour shifts.
• Keep work area clean.
