United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a customer-focused professional to be the first point of contact for financial center clients. You will uncover personal banking needs, guide clients through self-service options, and connect them with specialists to deliver tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes proactive client outreach, adherence to regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional service across in-person and phone interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
• Must be able to obtain/notarize a state notary commission within a few months.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for financial center clients and uncover personal banking needs.
• Assist and educate clients on self-service transactions and connect them to specialists.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and ensure operational accuracy.
• Adhere to processes, laws, and guidelines for opening accounts and Digital Assisted Shopping.
• Manage client interactions and comply with regulatory requirements.
