Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an energetic team member to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service options, and process cash transactions with accuracy.

You will build relationships, understand client needs, and connect them to appropriate financial solutions while adhering to regulations and risk guidelines. This is an in-office role requiring flexibility, weekend hours, and strong communication.

• Must be a current Year Up Intern with a good performance history
• Efficiently manages time and capacity
• Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client
• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours at various centers

• Executes the bank's risk culture and strives for operational excellence
• Builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs
• Follows established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank
• Grows business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
