Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer experience within financial services.
• Interest in options trading and margin topics.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Compliance, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives to improve customer experience metrics (ASAT, QA).
• Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Develop subject matter expertise in Options and Margin trading.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and propose customer-centric solutions.
• Contribute to knowledge bases, training content, and onboarding.
• Address escalated issues and ensure swift, compliant resolutions.
• Engage in continuous learning and team process improvements.
• Provide support for Event Contracts after licensure.
