Job summary

AMAROK Security in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing security systems.
• Travel Monday–Friday weekly within a 150–250 mile service radius.
• OSHA certification or familiarity preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and safely climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Experience with access control or fire alarm systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
• Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and system commissioning after construction completed.
• Organize and prioritize daily service calls and route to ensure timely completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through outstanding service and support.
• Provide assistance to other Field Service Technicians and share knowledge.
