Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical or mechanical maintenance or equivalent combination.
• 4+ years of experience in building maintenance, construction, or mechanical repair.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting safety rules and manuals.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency (Excel macros, pivot tables).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance of facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, compressed air, fire and life safety).
• Enter and close work orders in the CMMS system and document actions.
• Support process improvements and assist with projects and on-call coverage.
