Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk is seeking an experienced Facilities Shift Supervisor to lead overnight maintenance and reliability initiatives in our engineering operations. You will oversee PM programs, coordinate with maintenance planners, and ensure safe, efficient performance of building systems.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in management within architecture/engineering/construction, strong knowledge of electrical/HVAC systems, and hands-on experience with work order management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, boilers, mechanical systems, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine preventive/predictive maintenance programs and coordinate between technicians and management.
• Coordinate PM inspections with the Maintenance Schedule/Planner and ensure proper execution.
• Define repair techniques and standard task lists with required materials/tools.
• Ensure PM technicians are trained to execute task lists and access training/certifications.
• Continuously refine PM procedures and analyze failure data to improve reliability.
• Reduce maintenance needs and strive to eliminate failures.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date spare parts lists and standardization where possible.
• Manage daily priorities and ensure Work Orders are processed and closed timely.
