Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ, is seeking a security professional to patrol and protect guest areas, buildings, and grounds. You will respond to incidents, conduct inspections, and support after-hours maintenance to ensure a secure resort environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in security or facilities maintenance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, engineering, or facilities maintenance (hospitality preferred).
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor resort grounds, buildings, and public areas to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections of resort facilities to identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Assist with after-hours facility maintenance and operational needs.
• Maintain detailed reports of security incidents and maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with resort teams to uphold a secure and well-maintained environment.
