Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ, is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Supervisor for a part-time role. The position runs Friday and Saturday overnights from 10pm to 7am, with responsibilities focused on guest safety, security response, and operational support.

Ideal candidates will have prior front desk, security, engineering, or facilities maintenance experience in hospitality, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure during

• Prior experience in front desk operations, security, engineering, or facilities maintenance (hospitality preferred).
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor resort grounds, buildings, and public areas to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections of resort facilities to identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Assist with after-hours facility maintenance and operational needs.
• Maintain detailed reports of security incidents and maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with resort teams to uphold a secure and well-maintained environment.
