Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is seeking a friendly Program Attendant to support our wellness programming and guest services.

As a part-time team member, you will welcome guests, assist with registering for wellness classes, check in, set up classes, and help keep the fitness area tidy.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in fitness or wellness, a service‑minded attitude, and is able to work weekends and holidays with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in fitness or wellness preferred.
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Willing and able to work weekends/holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods and carry light weights.
• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide tours of facility upon request.
• Assist guests with registering for wellness classes.
• Welcome and check guests into their wellness classes.
• Set up and tear down wellness classes and clean props/equipment as needed.
• Clean and straighten fitness area: wiping down cardio equipment, strength equipment, and furniture surfaces; restock towels and other supplies where appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

As a Program Attendant you will be responsible for:
