Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is seeking an experienced Security Officer to patrol and monitor resort grounds, buildings, and public areas, ensuring guest and staff safety.

The role requires responding to incidents professionally, performing routine inspections, and collaborating with resort teams to maintain a secure, well‑maintained environment. Overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, engineering, or facilities maintenance (hospitality preferred).
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor resort grounds, buildings, and public areas to ensure guest and staff safety.
