This full-time, salaried position focuses on implementing treatment plans and maintaining a safe environment for individuals with developmental disabilities, SED, or SMI/SA in a community-based setting.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, one year of relevant direct care experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of direct care service in a Developmentally Disabled/Mental Health setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable DMV record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of consumer treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe environment and monitor individuals with DD/SED/SMI/SA.
• Support care, monitoring and overall well-being of individuals under care.
