Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with disabilities during non-traditional hours, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household chores.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents during evening and overnight shifts.
• Encourage independence and help individuals develop life skills.
• Document and report any changes in residents' behavior or health.
• Follow individual care plans and ensure the well-being of all residents.
